6. User Conduct
   Users must engage respectfully within our community spaces, forums, and live sessions.
   Sharing, reselling, or redistributing Nurwell’s educational materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
   Academic integrity is expected: plagiarism, cheating, or misuse of certification will lead to account termination.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
   Nurwell Education Solution provides educational services; we are not responsible for individual career outcomes, licensing approvals, or third-party recognitions beyond the certifications we issue.
   We are not liable for interruptions due to force majeure, technical issues, or misuse of the platform.
   Claims for damages are excluded unless based on gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
   All personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their registration data.
10. Final Provisions
    These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Nurwell Education Solution operates.
    If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
